Project Feasibility
McAbee & Associates provides project feasibility analysis for its clients to aid in determining whether or not to purchase a piece of property and the potential lot yields for a property based on current zoning regulations and topography. We perform hillside density calculations to determine the number of lots allowable under local hillside ordinances. We also factor in zoning regulation considerations such as minimum lot sizes, minimum road frontages, open space requirements and buffer areas. With our planning software, we can do quick and affordable sketch plans based on client desires to see if their project vision will work with a particular property and current regulations.
